Here at Vella Diamonds, we ensure that all our customers receive conflict-free diamonds. These diamonds have undergone the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) and are certified to be free from any conflicts or human rights violations.

Do all the diamonds come with a grading report?

Yes, all of our diamonds come along with a GIA or AGS grading report for authentication.

Do you offer appraisal?

No, but we can recommend many local or overseas reputable appraisers to you.

Once orders have been placed, your packages will arrive in approximately 2 to 3 weeks’ time.

Yes there will be a 7% prevailing GST rate in Singapore. For other countries, any duty or tax paid on the product will be charged to you as part of your purchase price.

All jewelry are eligible for 14 days return. However, our engagement and proposal rings are not eligible for return.
